Adventure Tourism Services Agreement

1. Service Description

Escape Elevation provides premium adventure tourism services including helicopter tours, guided mountain hiking, and luxury outdoor accommodations. All activities are conducted by certified professionals following industry safety standards.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations require advance booking with deposit. Full payment is due 48 hours before scheduled activity. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive full refund minus processing fee.

3. Safety Requirements

Participants must meet age, health, and fitness requirements for selected activities. Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons. All participants must sign liability waivers.

4. Liability Limitations

Adventure tourism involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Escape Elevation's liability is limited to service fees paid. Comprehensive insurance coverage is strongly recommended.

5. Equipment and Gear

Professional safety equipment is provided for all activities. Participants are responsible for appropriate clothing and personal items as specified in pre-activity communications.

6. Photography and Privacy

Activities may be photographed for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out of photography. Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
